I’m coach Jamie!
My volleyball journey began in Casper playing ball for the Lady Trojans as a setter. I was recruited to play JUCO ball for the Casper College T-Birds which eventually led to my recruitment to play for the University of Wyoming Cowgirls… GO POKES! With several years of coaching experience under my belt, I’ve coached USA club teams for two years, and this marks my fourth season coaching AAU volleyball. Each season, my mission is to elevate the skills, confidence, and leadership of every athlete. Being a coach is simply… awesome. A fun tidbit about me: I have a passion for collecting rocks. Here’s to a fantastic season ahead!

Hallie Jimenez

Hi Wyoming! I’m Hallie Jimenez, born and raised in Casper, where my love for sports began at a young age. As a former high school athlete, I have five years of coaching experience, guiding young athletes in both volleyball and basketball. I’m proud of winning a state championship in volleyball, along with several regional titles in multiple sporting events. This season, my goal is to help the youth discover their strengths and build a positive mindset for their athletic futures. My favorite part about coaching is watching my athletes grow as they overcome challenges and celebrate their achievements, while also building strong connections with each of them. A fun fact about me is that I have also won a state championship in Co-Ed Cheerleading.

Lindley Kugler

Hello! My name is Lindley Kugler, I was born and raised in Casper, WY where my husband, 3 kids and I have made our home. I started playing volleyball at a young age; I played in middle school, high school, club volleyball and still enjoy playing women’s and coed recreation league today! Last year was my first year formally coaching; my team finished 1st and 2nd in several U10 gold bracket championships around the state. My goal for this season is to learn and add more to my coaching toolbox! My favorite part about being a coach is getting to form relationships with my team and watching them grow as players throughout the season.

Meg Jackson

  • From Big Horn Wyoming
  • 3 sport athlete at Big Horn High School
  • Wyoming Gatorade Player of the year in 2000
  • Played Division I volleyball at Montana State University Bozeman 2001-2005 where I served as 3 – year team captain and 3-time all-conference selection
  • Have coached both my daughters at various levels, YMCA, Rec Center and ECVC Club ball U10 and U11 divisions.

I love teaching the fundamentals of the game, especially passing and serving. There is nothing better than watching a young player fall in love with the game and gain confidence in the process. My goal for my team this year is consistent serving, 3 contacts and of course FUN!!  Fun Fact, I worked for a bait company in high school but married a fly fisherman and love to fish.

Todd Trupp

I have called Casper my home for most of my life.  I am married to my “rock,” Jen, and I have two awesome kids, Brooke and Brody.
I played basketball, some football, and some soccer in high school.  I continued to play basketball and volleyball competitively in recreation leagues in college and after.
I have taught for over 25 years here in Casper, and have coached most of my career, ranging from 7th grade volleyball and basketball to high school volleyball and basketball.  I have coached both boys and girls at these levels.  Most recently I have coached my son and daughter at the YMCA/Boys and Girls Club, and currently my daughters travel basketball coach.  I am excited to join WSR as a volleyball coach this season. The goal for my team is to help them grow as players both on and off the court, plain and simple.  If I can keep them coming back, I also hope to foster the love for the game, with these two, everything else will follow.  I love it when the kids show up ready and wanting to learn, and watching their faces light up when they have a “1st moment.”

Tiffany Kaschmitter

Born and raised in Casper, WY, I attended Kelly Walsh High School where I first fell in love with sports and competition. I then went on to play volleyball and basketball at Carroll College before attending graduate school at Montana State University. As a proud four-time state champion in high school, I went on to help lead Carroll College to seven conference titles in volleyball and basketball, culminating in an Elite Eight finish at Nationals. With over 20 years of coaching experience, I’ve been involved in a range of sports, including volleyball, basketball and soccer, working with toddlers to college players. I’ve developed a coaching philosophy grounded in fundamentals, teamwork, and a love for the game. This season, I aim to cultivate not only skill and athleticism but also a strong sense of teamwork and sportsmanship. Sharing my love for athletics, especially volleyball, with my daughters and watching young athletes grow in confidence and skill is my favorite part of coaching. In addition to my work as a coach, I balance a career as a civil engineer and manage a household with four active kids! It’s a full and rewarding life that keeps me on my toes.

As a Casper native with a lifelong passion for volleyball, I am beyond excited to coach and inspire the next generation of athletes. I’ve been playing volleyball since I was 10, both on club teams and school teams, and my love for the sport has only grown over the years. Now, I am thrilled to share that enthusiasm with young players, helping them develop their skills, build confidence, and, most importantly, cultivate a love for the game.

I graduated from Casper College with my degree in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine, equipping me with the knowledge and experience to not only coach effectively but also keep athletes safe and healthy as they progress in the sport. My approach to coaching emphasizes not just technical skills, but also teamwork, dedication, and sportsmanship.

When I’m not coaching, you can often find me exploring new places or trying out different hobbies. I believe that staying curious and open to new experiences helps me connect with athletes and bring fresh energy to the court.

I’m looking forward to helping young athletes develop both on and off the court, and I can’t wait to see how far they can go!

I believe that sports are a positive pathway for children to learn and grow into successful individuals.  There are many aspects of sports that will help children learn to navigate life and overcome challenges as they grow.  My goal this year is to help my players with the foundations of volleyball and grow their skills to reach max potential. I will create an environment that is both fun and challenging for all the girls on the team.
