Group Classes

3-Step Program

Our group nutrition classes are for youth athletes ages 11-18 years old. Olivia Young, a Registered Dietitian, will be educating athletes to understand basic nutrition principles to fuel their bodies on and off the field or court. All nutrition classes will be held in-person at the WYO Sports Ranch.

OLIVIA YOUNG, RDN

Olivia Young is a registered dietitian and nutrition coach with a passion for empowering young athletes to optimize their performance through personalized nutrition strategies. With a background as a collegiate athlete, Coach Liv combines firsthand experience with evidence-based knowledge to help athletes achieve their goals, whether in the classroom, on the field, or in the gym.

In addition to providing one-on-one coaching, Coach Liv leads dynamic group nutrition classes tailored specifically to the unique needs of young athletes. Drawing on years of education and clinical experience, she focuses on fueling the body for peak performance, enhancing recovery, and fostering long-term healthy habits that support athletic success and overall well-being.

As a registered dietitian, Coach Liv is committed to offering science-backed guidance that is both practical and sustainable, ensuring that young athletes can navigate the often-overwhelming world of nutrition with confidence and clarity.
